If you are interested in learning about KVAR and why it’s important, this post is for you.  KVAR is the number at the top of the mathematical problem above. The higher the power factor your property has to the number 1, the more efficient the home is. For example, if your business has a .67 power factor rating, you are likely paying more than you have to for energy. But what about home owners? Are they billed for this too?
